I'm afraid your suggestion isn't grammatically easy to understand.

[1] was an attempt to clarify; it was

"Different SHellium members have to vouch"

And Protos wanted to write it like this I think but forgot to delete:

"Different SHellium members will get their chance to vouch for that user."
